XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.
Favorite Quote: There are many, but I will give this one this time: "You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough" - Joe E. Lewis.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
I wake up around 8:00 AM and start my day by cooking the meals for the day with my wife (mostly re-heating since we do meal prep weekly). Then I start working from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and last but not least, I go to the gym from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
What do you like about working at XDC?
Even though this is a business, the company cares about me, my well-being, and my personal life. I like how people-oriented XDC is as a company. From the organization itself, to how the procedures are taught and implemented.
What are the values that keep you going?
Determination and Accountability. Life passes by quickly. I've learned that keeping myself determined and focused on my goals is the best way to be as accountable as I can to myself and the people I care about.
What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?
Bridge to Terabithia (Movie), Superman and Lois (Series), and Guilty Crown (Anime).
What does your dream vacation look like?
It would be going to a different place, away from noise and distractions. Just me and my wife by now.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I LOVE working out and singing. I've been going to the gym since I was in high school and I haven't found anything that makes me feel the way I do when I lift weights. Singing on the other hand. I've sung since I was 8-9 years old, I learned from my father and have not stopped since then.
