Team Member Spotlight - Kyle Ostrom

XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing? 

Everyone is always in a rush because the job of a manager or salesperson is commission based in a dealership, and they yell like they are the chef in a kitchen. It is not that serious, you will either sell the car or you won't. Whole industry needs to chill out.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC? 

I do my list of things I have to do on a daily basis, and then if someone needs some help or something else needs to get done I will help out!

What do you like about working at XDC? 

I like the people I work with and I don't have to commute.

What are the values that keep you going? 

Family!

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows? 

Fantastic MR. FOX, Super 8, and The Aviator.

What does your dream vacation look like? 

Trip to Kyoto or Yokohama!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Bowling, golf, and disc golf.
