XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?
In sales, especially over the phone, rejection hits hard and seasonal swings can tank the vibe. I’d love to fix that by building a mindset in my team that’s bulletproof—where slow days don’t drag us down and “no” just fuels the next call.
What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
I’m diving into the CRM, tracking leads, making follow-ups, and the phone is glued to my ear. I’m chatting with customers, pitching deals, and handling new leads as they roll in. Some days it’s a sprint, others it’s a crawl, but I’m always hunting that next appointment.
What do you like about working at XDC?
What I like the most is that it is a growing company with a lot of opportunities, has great company culture - strong core values and an industry that is always evolving and giving a lot to learn from, and the thrill of turning a maybe into a yes. Working with dealerships keeps it dynamic, and even when it’s tough, cracking a tough lead makes it all worth it.
What are the values that keep you going?
Discipline’s my rock—keeps me steady when sales dip.
Self-motivation is huge; I’ve gotta fire myself up daily.
And growth—I’m always chasing the next version of me, better than yesterday
What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?
The Wolf of Wall Street—sales energy’s insane.
Breaking Bad for the grit and hustle.
The Office—keeps me laughing through the slow days.
What does your dream vacation look like?
Somewhere chill, like a nice place with a view to the beach where you can relax, take a break, and disconnect from everything for a bit and good quality time with the self and family around you.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I like hitting the gym to burn off the day or kicking back with a good book to feed the mind. Sometimes I’ll mess around with ideas like little projects just to keep the brain buzzing.
