What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing? 

The car business has long carried a stigma of poor customer service and being too focused on selling instead of building real relationships. I’m working to change that by promoting high-quality interactions with customer advocacy at the core. When customers genuinely want to do business with our dealers, everyone wins.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC? 

 A typical day involves connecting with clients to ensure we're aligned on their goals and how our team and products can best support them. It's all about building strong partnerships and being a reliable resource.

What do you like about working at XDC? 

What I like most about working at XDC is the dedication to quality and the tenacity to always do what's right for our clients. It’s motivating to be part of a team that genuinely cares about delivering value and building trust.

What are the values that keep you going? 

The values that keep me going are the same ones we live by as a company: being extraordinary, determined, and charismatic. I try to bring those to every interaction—going above and beyond, staying persistent in finding solutions, and creating positive, engaging experiences for our clients.

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows? 

Shawshank Redemption, Last Castle, and Big Bang Theory.

What does your dream vacation look like? 

Anywhere with my husband and kids that doesn't involve me deciding what anyone is eating or cleaning :)

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Baking and hanging out with my family!
