What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?
The automotive industry for the most part does a terrible job of training their staff on the how to's of handling inbound and outbound phone calls. Here at XDC we focus and train our agents everyday to handle the call communication experience like pro's for every single call.
What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
Video meetings with our team, training with our team, and constant communication with our current and future clients.
What do you like about working at XDC?
The team chemistry and autonomy to make decisions. I enjoy teaching our team from my experiences in the call center business and automotive. I like that we don't just have core values and a mission, but we actually talk about them, train on them, and execute them daily.
What are the values that keep you going?
Every day is sunny and 85 in my world. I generally wake up happy every day. I jump into my role and do my best to give HOPE to anyone willing to take it.
What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?
Currents would be Yellowstone, Tulsa King, and Mayor of Kingstown.
What does your dream vacation look like?
My dream vacation would be on a Caribbean beach with drinks, friends, and family just relaxing.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy my family, golf, and watching NFL football.
