XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing? 

They are forced to deal with reaching out and lack of communication. I want to  build the bridge between the customer and the client!

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC? 

I start my day off by messaging clients and my team, going over notes and promotions, and making calls, texts and emails to customers. I then have a daily meeting going over numbers, schedules, changes etc., communicating channels, always open with everyone, and sharing techniques, tips and motivation. I am always striving to set a record and break a record!

What do you like about working at XDC? 

I get to work from home with people from all over the world training to be the best in the business.

What are the values that keep you going? 

Prayer, wisdom, and perfection.

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows? 

King Arthur 2004, Joseph 1995, The Walking Dead up to season 7.

What does your dream vacation look like? 

Going to The Micro Center in Houston, TX.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

3D printing, competitive gaming, and working out.
