XDC focuses on even more than just the smiling and dialing and our extraordinary engagements. The well oiled machine we call our team is what makes XDC, XDC. Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
I check time cards every morning and meet with the leadership team. I huddle with my team members and go over their calls and we may discuss how we can do better going forward or just let them know how awesome they are doing! I may be training a new agent or working on spot checking calls for quality. Writing scripts is always fun!
What do you like about working at XDC?
I love the culture. The leadership team really cares about the staff and agents. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. I love working from home also and wearing my house shoes to work. Lol.
What are the values that keep you going?
I was given a very good example of work ethic by my parents. I do my best to live up to our core values. Extraordinary, Determined and Charismatic!
What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?
I love Last Man Standing and Crime dramas! I am originally from Kansas so I do love the movie The Wizard of OZ.
What does your dream vacation look like?
Great Question! It would be someplace beautiful near the ocean with the whole family! Lots of relaxing and enjoying each other!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
We have 7 grandkids! My whole family loves getting together, cooking, going places, playing games etc.
