What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?
The BDC is the first contact your customer will have with the dealership. The customer most of the time believes you are in the sales department. To be sure your agents are prepared and represent the dealership properly they need proper training and guidance. In addition you will want to be sure you're bringing the most qualified agents to the team. The BDC can either make or break the relationship with your customer. Compensate them well and spare no training or knowledge. It will pay off!
