Because of the outstanding work each and every member of our XDC family puts in daily, we are eager to feature them monthly. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the charisma and positivity of every individual.

What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing? 

Customer’s behavior. Sometimes we have to deal with bad credit situations that clients are going through, but we are always prepared to face it.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC? 

Always happy, positive mind, and willing to help my colleagues in any situation that arises.

What do you like about working at XDC? 

The people and the environment. The management is always open to answer any questions and solve any problems, if there are any.

Discipline, dedication, and hard work.

What does your dream vacation look like? 

I will be going to Peru on June 9th. I will be visiting family members and friends.

I like listening to music, watching baseball and having a nice conversation with a good coffee.
