What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing? 

Changing the philosophy and the stigma about having to visit a car dealership. I am hoping to be able to provide a professional and positive experience from the first call we make for a dealership so the customer is excited to be in the market for a vehicle and excited to do business.

What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC? 

Training, learning, developing, inspiring, and helping. 

What do you like about working at XDC? 

Being able to be a part of many different teams, helping my clients generate more opportunities for themselves and their sales people, and helping our team learn and develop skills to be professional phone agents.

What are the values that keep you going? 

Being determined to continue growth both personally and professionally. 

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows? 

The Shawshank Redemption, Saving Private Ryan, and Batman.

What does your dream vacation look like? 

Deep Sea fishing in the Caribbean.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Hanging out with my dog Motley, reading, and riding my motorcycle.
