What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?
Something I would say is a struggle to get past in this industry is the stereotype of dialing customers. It doesn't have to be a terrible encounter like most people associate telemarketing with. This is one of the great things about XDC, we make these calls all about the experience with personable and empathetic interactions!
What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
A day in my life when working at XDC consists of starting the day off with some marketing which is then followed by smiling and dialing!
What do you like about working at XDC?
Although there is so much to appreciate about XDC, one of the best aspects is the team environment and camaraderie! XDC truly feels like family!

What are your top 3 favorite Movies and/or TV shows?
Some of my favorite movies and shows are Vampire Diaries, The Longest Ride, and The Conjuring! I also love me a good documentary!
What does your dream vacation look like?
With there being so many places I want to travel I can't pick just one place, but I would definitely love to go somewhere tropical where I can be exposed to different cultures, experience new adventures, and try new foods!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I am not working, I enjoy cherishing time spent with family and friends.
