What is something that [people within your industry/niche] are forced to deal with that you have hopes of fixing?
Calling on previously called leads. When you call someone that has been previously called for the same reason within days or even hours of being called. It affects the attitude of the customer and your credibility with that person for not knowing what was said in a conversation that you knew nothing about. If I could, I would develop a system or some type of technology to prevent BDC's from "stepping on each other's toes" when making calls. It would be a benefit to the BDC's along with the customers.
What does a day in your life look like when working at XDC?
A day in my life when working at XDC starts out with browsing my email and the ninja chat just to get up to speed. I then log in to Volie and get to dialing as I rock my dual monitor setup like a DJ with two turntables and a mic, controlling the crowd. After about eight hours I call "last song" and it's a wrap.
What do you like about working at XDC?
One thing I like about working at XDC is the freedom to excel and be greater than you are at the present moment.

What does your dream vacation look like?
Traveling cross country in an RV.
